How long will it take to get my order?

You will be provided with an Invoice number upon confirmation of payment. Once we have packaged your product, it will be shipped via Canada Post/FedEx/DHL to any destination world wide. Upon drop off to your specified courier you will be provided with the courier tracking number. We will follow up with all purchases after 2 weeks automatically to ensure each shipment has been accounted for. At Elemental Imports we try to keep our inventories to a minimum so that we do not have the overhead of expensive store fronts thus reducing the price you pay for our quality products.
